Photo Backgrounds:
A loading nightmare or a really cool feature?
Maybe you've thought about using a photograph for your background and thought it just wasn't a good idea. "It takes forever to load" or maybe "it's too distracting". Let's face it, in today's day and age most people are on high speed connections and load time is minimal. My site's background takes under a second to load and personally I love the way it looks.

Using a photograph as a background has to be done smartly like the rest of your website. Not all photographs will be suitable, sunsets and palmtrees aside, but if you have the right shot I say go for it.
